Pumpkin Themed Speech Therapy Activities

Pumpkin themed activities are something that I loved to do with my speechie little pumpkins for the whole fall season! Themed activities make speech therapy sessions so much fun, and there are so many different activities to do with our speech groups! 

As always, we love to simplify your speech planning so at the bottom of this blog post, we have a fun pumpkin themed articulation craft just for you! This one was inspired by my son who was being SO silly while eating his cake pop! I came up with the idea to have a silly pumpkin eating his articulation cake pops and it has definitely been a great way to practice speech sounds while also encouraging some smiles and fun! I created this craft with a digitally fillable cake pop sheet for you to type in your students or child’s target sound – an easy way to practice ALL the different articulation targets for your whole caseload. The majority of my caseload always had some sort of language skills goal that we were practicing. Use these pumpkin themed speech therapy activities to help meet those language goals!

​Working in a small group is a great way to help multiple students at once, and to increase engagement! Here are some pumpkin themed activities to do with your small groups!
